PVC particles, commonly known as plastic granules, are plastics used for storage, transportation and processing of semi finished products. Plastic is a kind of polymer material, which can produce ethylene, propylene, vinyl chloride and styrene with oil as raw materials. The molecules of these substances can react with each other to produce large molecular weight compounds, that is, polymer under certain conditions.
The products made with PVC particles have the following characteristics:
1) good processing performance of wood plastic composite contains plastic and fiber, so it has similar processing property with wood, can be saw, PEG, planing, and can be finished with woodworking apparatus, and the force of nail holding is obviously superior to other synthetic materials. Mechanical properties are better than wood materials. The nail holding force is generally 3 times that of the wood and 5 times that of the particleboard.
2) good strength properties of wood plastic composites containing plastic, and thus have a good modulus of elasticity. In addition, because of the inner fiber and fully mixed with plastic, it has physical and mechanical properties such as compression and bending resistance to hardwood, and its durability is obviously better than that of ordinary wood. 3) with water resistance, corrosion resistance, life long wood plastic materials and their products compared with wood, can resist strong acid and alkali, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and do not reproduce bacteria, not easily worm eaten, not long fungi. Long service life, up to more than 50 years.
4) good adjustable performance through additives, plastic can occur polymerization, foaming, curing, modification and other changes, so as to change the density of wood plastic materials, strength and other characteristics, and can also achieve anti aging, anti static, flame retardant and other special requirements.
5) with UV light stability and good tinting.
